About This Program:

Joining our Authorized Affiliate Program comes in two parts.

1) The online Affiliate application inquiry; and

2) The formal Authorized Affiliate Agreement.

We a unique program that allows financial professionals to put marketing banners and links on their websites and in emails using a coded URL that automatically credits those leads to the Affiliate.

How Does It Work?

This is an automated system that assigns you a unique coded URL and a statistics and support Console. The uniquely coded URLS, which leads to our main website, places a "persistent cookie" on the computer of the individual who visits the Affiliate's site and records the IP address of every individual who clicks on our Affiliate's coded tracking link as well for double-bind identity tracking. The system also uses a unique browser identification system as well to ensure that the Affiliate is credited. When the visitor so clicks, he "drags around" information on the Affiliate - locked in for 360 days, meaning that even if that visitor left the site and did not return for 300 days, he would still be instantly identified the minute he filled out our online Contact form. We have no phone numbers or email addresses on our site to protect our Affiliates from client attempts to circumvent.

You'll use the URLs in your websites and email to generate leads. Visitors can only contact us by filling out the Contact Us form on the website, which grabs the IP and cookie data and sends a notice to you and to us that a client has contacted us - a lead has occurred. You will be credited with that lead, and paid the referral fee for it.

We will do all the heavy lifting - lead processing, administration, and so forth. When/if the loan closes, you are paid automatically by wire at same time the client receives his/her loan funds.

Here is an example of an the kind of tracking code you will receive and use. You can change the body URL so it stops on any www.securitiesfinance.com web page. This code is always located at the top of your MSS account.

When the systemidentifies a lead as yours, not only does the contact info go back to you so you can prequalify the client, but it will be registered in our CRM database listing you as the referring source. This ties that client to you and credits his closings to you per your Affiliate contract. You will receive automatic updates, and may contact us by email or phone at any time for live updates.

Please note you cannot be approved to MSS or to market our loans or be paid for any transaction you close unless you qualify and have passed a background check per federal guidelines. (Please see our privacy policy for details.) Once approved, you'll sign your Authorized Affiliate Agreement, and will get your tracking code for access to marketing materials and your statistics console for assistance.

Once you've received your password, you can log in to your MSS account easily with the "Login" button at the top of the main website at www.hedgelender.com.
